Fresh Cream Cake Made By My Mom



For Sponge:
Maida = 3 oz
Sugar = 3 oz
Eggs = 3
Baking Powder = 1.5 tsp
Fresh Cream = 2 packet
Icing sugar = 6 tbsp
Strawberry sauce and strawberries


Method:
Separate egg and egg white and beat till it become fluffy after then add sugar and egg yogh one by one and beat again then add dry ingredients (maida, sugar, and bp) and fold with the help of spatula then put in a grease pan and bake it for 15 minutes in preheated oven.
After baking cool it down and use sharp knife to cut in a half piece add sugar syrup on cake and take fresh cream & icing sugar and beat them together after beating spread the cream on cake and add chop strawberry on it and then put the 2nd layer of cake on it and cover it with the remaining cream and decorate it with strawberry slices and make some design with strawberry sauce and put it into fridge and enjoy your fresh cream cake.
