Gulab Jamun Made By My MUM


Dry Milk: 1/2 Cup
Maida: 2 Tbsp
Ghee:1 Tbsp
Curd: 2 Tbsp
Baking Soda: a pinch

Mix all the above ingredients together then make a little ball around the size of walnut then fry until it become light brown,then put all the balls in hot syrup which you make from the below ingredients.and for garnishing you can use (Pista Badaam (Dry Fruits) & Desiccated cocunut)

For Sheera (Syrup):
Sugar: 1 Cup
Water: 1 Cup
Yellow Color: a pinch
Elachi (green cardamom):2-3
