Chhote Ustaad, Bigg Boss and reality of Indo-Pak relations

 

Personally,I don't think that the inclusion of Veena Malik and Ali Saleem(aka Begum Nawazish Ali) in the Indian show Big Boss has put Pakistan's reputation on stake or anything of that sort. Worse things have happened betweeen the two countries which have disgraced Pakistan's reputation. And at any rate, I dont think that any celebrity can degrade our country in India more than our lovely film actress Meera.

The writer has said that since the show is watched mainly by the masses in India, when they see Veena Malik and Ali Saleem's crazy antics on the show,they are going to assume that all Pakistanis are like these two celebrities,which gives them a bad impression of Pakistanis. Well, I think that the masses in India are intelligent enough to realize that celebrities and their lives are quite different from the average person's, and must be knowledgeable enough to also know that a cross-dresser and a film actress from one country cannot represent the entire population of that country.

Yes,Big Boss is a very cheap show which is full of scandals, which is precisely why cheap and scandal-ridden celebrities such as Veena Malik and Ali Saleem have been chosen from Pakistan to take part in it.If those who have a problem with such cheap entertainment involving Pakistani celebrities,they should simply not watch the show!
